Project Principles

How the Hidden Sadaqa project works

EN | RU

Project Intention

This site was created as a means for Muslims to help one another.

We do not ask people. We ask only Allah. But sometimes Allah makes some people a reason for helping others.

Verse

“If you give charity openly, it is good. But if you conceal it and give it to the poor — that is better for you.”

Quran 2:271

Hadith about hidden charity

Seven people will be under the shade of Allah on the Day when there will be no shade except His. Among them is a person who gives charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given.

Why some families remain anonymous

Many people who face difficult situations do not want to publicly talk about their problems.

We try to preserve people's dignity and do not publish their personal information without their consent.

If a family does not want to show their face, name, or story publicly, we respect that decision.

When information may be published

If the family agrees, we may publish information about the help.

This happens only with the full consent of the family.

If the family does not want publicity

If people do not want to show their situation publicly, we will not insist.

The help is given for the sake of Allah, not for publicity.

How help is chosen

We try to help people whose situation can be verified through trusted people or acquaintances.

One family at a time

The project helps only one family at a time.

After one help case is completed, the next goal will open.

This allows maintaining transparency and fully completing each help case.

Help report

After the help is completed, a report is published on the history page including:

Amanah

All funds sent to this address are considered an amanah (trust).

We strive to use them only for the stated purpose of help.
